Crescent Real Estate has sold and let Johannesburg homes since March 1991, and is now based in Bergbron.

Crescent Real Estate sells, lets and manages homes and business premises in Johannesburg. It is owned and run by Fatima Saley, who has worked in the city’s property market since 1991.
From her office in Bergbron, Fatima works the suburbs she knows well. The aim is simple: the right property at a fair price, whether you are buying, selling or renting.
Buying or selling property is one of the biggest decisions most people make. A good agent makes it clearer: someone who knows the market, tells you the truth and stays with you until the keys change hands.

Crescent Real Estate opens in Mayfair West, Johannesburg, in March.
- Residential
Sales and rentals across Johannesburg’s suburbs become the heart of the business.
- Commercial
Premises and offices join the portfolio, handled with the same personal approach.
- Today
Fatima Saley remains principal agent, certified by the PPRA, and still takes the calls herself. Crescent is now based in Bergbron, works across Bergbron, Cresta and Greenside, and is extending into Norwood and Highlands North.
