Know your price before you list.
List your property with one committed agent. It starts with a free written valuation from the principal agent herself, grounded in recent sales, not an algorithm.

One agent, fully committed to your sale.
Crescent sells property under a sole mandate only. Fatima is the one agent marketing your home for an agreed period, and she puts her full effort behind it.
One price, one message
Your home is advertised once, at one price, with one set of photos. Buyers do not see it at different prices from different agents.
One person accountable
Fatima answers for the marketing, the viewings and the negotiation. You always know who to call.
Buyers properly screened
Every viewing is hosted and buyers are screened for finance before an offer reaches you.
Clear terms in writing
The mandate period, the asking price and the commission are agreed in writing before any marketing starts, with a clear end date.
What you get
Everything a sale needs, handled by one person.
Pricing that holds up
Priced from comparable sales so you neither leave money on the table nor sit on the market for months.
Wide exposure
Your home in front of active buyers through portals, social media and a personal buyer list.
Screened tenants
For landlords: credit and reference checks, a solid lease, and a proper deposit and inspection process.
Residential and commercial
Houses, flats, townhouses and commercial premises, each marketed to the right audience.
Selling and letting
Common questions.
What is a sole mandate?
A sole mandate gives one agency the exclusive right to market your property for an agreed period. During that time you work with that agency only, and the terms are set out in writing.
Why does Crescent only sell on sole mandates?
Because it lets Fatima commit fully to your property: one price, one set of marketing, properly screened buyers and one person accountable for the result. It also avoids the same home being advertised at different prices by different agents.
How long does a sole mandate last?
The period is agreed with you and written into the mandate, with a clear end date. Ask Fatima what she recommends for your property.
What does it cost to sell with Crescent?
Valuations are free. Commission is agreed in writing before you sign a mandate, so you know the cost before any marketing begins. Ask Fatima for the current rate.
How long does a sale take?
A well-priced home often receives offers within weeks, but transfer through the deeds office usually takes two to three months after an offer is accepted and the buyer’s bond is approved.
Do I need an agent to let my property?
You are not obliged to, but a registered agent screens tenants, drafts a lease that protects you and handles deposits and inspections. That is what protects your investment.
Do you handle commercial premises?
Yes. Crescent lists and lets commercial premises including offices, showrooms and ground-floor retail, with the same personal approach.
